A cost-effective alternative to home/indoor training. The color selection is great too! I have these neon green and sky blue ones. Let's be clear, these are still cheap shoes. They don't have enough stability to prevent the foot from rolling while running. So I'm sticking with my Brooks and ASICS for this king of things. If you're dumb enough to think you can use them for this, see you in the hospital with a broken ankle. For those who use them elsewhere, the shoes have enough traction and glide to train at home on carpet or laminate / wood floors are light and comfortable without scuffing or too much traction to twist your feet when needed on some movements. I don't think I would spend money to buy insoles or anything for this shoe, I would just buy a quality pair if that bothers me because cheap shoes are never meant for real comfort. If you only wear it 2-3 hours at a time, they are great for that. Anything else, I could definitely see them starting to hurt your legs. I have a pretty narrow foot and they felt ok. I have 2 different sizes and both feel good, although I could easily go down a size for both. Otherwise, if you like thicker socks, still take your normal size. I definitely recommend these!
