Review on Natures Dreams Nighttime Miracle 606902 by Tracy Nuy

I use this bulb in my living room in the evenings and a lower Kelvin brand in my bedroom. Between 2 am I go to bed an hour or more earlier than before. This is a great product if you have insomnia and trouble falling asleep. Turn off all white or blue light sources at dusk and turn them on. I was skeptical but it really helps. I checked another brand that I use in the bedroom that has lower Kelvin than this between the two and sticks to the same daylighting schedule. I totally believe these bulbs are worth it. Enough light for reading but with soothing colors. I'm glad I tried them and will continue to use them.
