I use this bulb in my living room in the evenings and a lower Kelvin brand in my bedroom. Between 2 am I go to bed an hour or more earlier than before. This is a great product if you have insomnia and trouble falling asleep. Turn off all white or blue light sources at dusk and turn them on. I was skeptical but it really helps. I bought these bulbs to replace the overly bright bulbs I had in my living room lighting.
