Review on BitBeater by Patrick Arnautov

The UI is ugly. There's no standardization across screens. It's hard to navigate. It's not intuitive at all. The customer service is terrible. The application is buggy. If I wanted to use a third party application, I would rather spend money on that app than waste time on something that should have been built better. When you enter data into this application it will save your changes if you close the browser window or tab without saving before leaving the page. However, when you reopen the same file (which happens often) there is an annoying message telling you that you saved the changes even though you didn't.. which then prevents you from being able to open any other files until you fix the problem. Not only does this make things more complicated because you don't know where to look, it doesn't actually help solve the issue since it just causes confusion. A simple "Are you sure you want to leave?" dialog box would suffice instead of making users click through multiple pages and messages to figure out why they aren't seeing anything while trying to do work.
