We were apprehensive about taking our cat on a 1300 mile trip. We prepared by buying a large holdall and this calming spray and asking our vet for a prescription. This spray worked so well that we never had to use a recipe that was our plan B. We simply applied 3-4 pumps of the soothing mist to a washcloth and placed it under her linens in the large drawer the morning we started our journey. .
