Received this as a bonus when I bought a purple bio mat on 26 Jan 18. I didn't have high hopes for this given the negative reviews it was very stiff and uncomfortable. Yes, it's hard for people like me who always love latex pillows. I convinced myself to try it because of all the benefits of using it listed. It took me a few days to get used to it. But once I get used to it, I won't resort to soft pillows because they are very comfortable.
