It seems so easy! Based on what was shown and said on their website, this would indeed be a good deal if I could get it to work. They give you plenty of ink in these refill bottles that will probably get you refilling your cartridges half a dozen times or more. Their website is actually pretty decent. They have several different instruction sets. Print versions as well as video versions and different versions for different printer versions. Now I can't judge for sure because I couldn't use it. I read it when I bought it and looked at the pictures and thought it must be a generic empty cartridge in the box. Well the only way to open the old ones is to cut them or drill a hole. It's too small for me to maneuver to hold one and then drill with the other. They were kind enough to turn on a small hand-held drill. But again I didn't have the hands to make it work. Another option is to take a knife and cut open the top cap that snapped in at the factory. After nearly cutting a couple of fingers and almost flexing my forearm, I gave up. If any of you have any suggestions as to how this process works, I'll be happy to change that estimate. But I think they need to find someone to help them make the post a little clearer.
