The product is fine; Customer service is TERRIBLE!
I have no problem with the product itself, but AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks! I ordered 3T pants for family photos and it turned out to be 2T. I would trade them in but the 3T was out of stock and I didn't have time to wait for it to be back in stock and forgot to call them. You will never speak to anyone who can really help. So I basically paid for pants that are too small and only last long enough for family photos. YOU MISS AMAZON! GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
