Ok, we use this in our travel trailer and in the back of the truck when camping for almost a year.The Good:-Cools quickly-Jackery battery can support it for two days, it’s efficient on eco mode, but will sacrifice how cold it gets; popsicles won’t melt but aren’t solid either-Can connect Solar IF YOU BY THE BATTERY SEPARATELY-Fits okay amount of food, but much less than conventional cooler, remember there’s a condenser motor driving the thingThe Bad:-Buttons on the digital display don’t lock so every time you brush by it the temperature will change-it’s kinda heavy and the rear handle will break eventually, kinda flimsy-Poor insulation, as soon as the plug accidentally get unplugged it warms up almost immediately.-Powered by solar IF YOU BUY THE BATTERY SEPARATELY FOR AN ADDITIONAL $200, if and when availableIf I had to do it over, given it requires an expensive battery source unless your car or rig has auxiliary deep cycle I would spring for a Yeti or something, oh and because of where the plug inserts to the right (behind) the wheels there will get tangled up in the wheel every God Damn Time! SO FRUSTRATING.Update: so it seems that the company actually reads these reviews and contacted me offering a new handle, just in case, seemingly interested in how to improve the product. I have to say it’s kind of impressive. Also, not a day after they contacted me our refrigerator went out. After plugging thi thing in I was able to save a good portion of our food, in 20 minutes it was cold enough to place the refrigerated items in and in about an hour the feeder portion was ready to go, although ready to cook much sooner than that. Between being contacted and being very useful as a backup, this thing has earned its 4.5 stars.UP-UPDATE: Never got that replacement handle, back to 3 stars and yea, I would still prefer a Yeti or comparable cooler
