I was hesitant to use these little gems because I had never seen them in big stores and had no idea what they could do. I bought a pack to try and it turned out to be very good. I was concerned about the "wedge" and the color, it turned out that the base of the wedge is much better than the base of the wedge. I chose a warm 4W bulb as many LED bulbs are nowhere near 'warm' in the sense of traditional practical color rendering, regardless of the Kelvin color temperature stated on the packaging. The industry has to take matters into its own hands. While there are several other factors that affect output color, traditionally we use Kelvin to determine their appearance. This "never" is wrong with LED lights. They take about 2400k to get close to 2,700,000 to 3,000,000 traditional incandescent bulbs and they are hard to come by. This one is close, but I can live with more halogen for street lights. I haven't tried "white" yet. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they should be outputting 4 watts more than traditional 7 watt bulbs and getting closer to 11 watts. Most LEDs of this type draw 1-3 watts for the same 7 watts from other manufacturers, although I don't know if they are as well made as these. But even with 4 watts they give a good illumination and after use I don't even notice a difference to the 11 watt bulbs I used. With these and other low-voltage lamps, I was able to reduce the low-voltage consumption from 2000 watts to less than 400 watts. Remember that there is a transformer on the bottom row. If it's a 600w transformer it will draw 600w no matter how many lamps you use. If you only have 100 watts of light, the transformer is still using 600 watts. With these and other lamps you can replace your transformer with a much more efficient 100w transformer etc and use a lot less electricity. These lanterns are much better finished than I expected and seem to be able to withstand any weather. I will probably buy more and I definitely recommend them.
