I bought this gallon jug to keep track of my water intake. I'm terrible at drinking enough water a day. I aim to drink at least 64 ounces a day and anything else would be a bonus. This bottle helped me with that and I used up the whole gallon in a couple of weeks, especially on the days I'm working out. I feel way better when I drink enough water! I recommend this bottle to anyone who wants to track their water intake.
