GOOD CHAIR FOR THE BIG AND TALL!

This is the 4th big and tall chair I have purchased in 2 years. So far it is my favorite. By the way I still have 2 other chairs that are usable. The one that bit the dust was a Coleman whose frame bent. All the chairs had a 400 to 500 lbs rating. I am 6'1" and 380 lbs, not that I should be but that's life. I like this chair because it is taller than the others so it's easier to get out of. I don't care for the lock button but it hasn't caused a problem so far. I use the chair for reading and having morning coffee outside. It sits fine on my driveway and lawn. The drink pockets are fine and 2 sizes fit many bottles or cans. I had it for over a month with every other day use and haven't had any problems with it. I'm giving it only 4 stars because the seat is kind of hard. The position is OK but after a while you can feel the front cross braces under your thighs. Not a major problem for me but if you are shorter it could affect you. I suppose you can add a seat cushion if you need it. I would give it another 1/2 star because it is available in a few colors which is rare. all in all I highly recommend this chair if you are big and tall. The other chairs I use are the ALPS King Kong and a big boy chair from the big"C" Outfitters. The ALPS review is on Ebay and I gave it 4 stars. The big boy rates about the same or 3 and a 1/2 stars.

Pros
  • The chair can be used outdoors or indoors
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for individuals who need a wider armrest
