Of course it works fine on Windows. * Left/right click decent. * Material and construction are pretty decent. * All keys can be assigned via software. * DPI and RGB can be changed on the mouse without software. *Comes with a CD and piece of paper with a diagram telling you which buttons do what and there are NO website links to download the driver. So if your computer doesn't have a CD or portable removable device, you're out of luck. You can google the ET RGB mouse and there is a link to China that needs to be translated. If you have a T16 mouse, it is not listed on this site. I bought 2 of these mice in a different style.
