Great pillow for the money. I bought my wife an I Love My Pillow brand pillow for double the price of this one and to be honest I like this one better. This one is more contoured and "fits in better”. I mostly sleep on my side with my arm under the pillow, it's great for that, it's just soft enough. I used to sleep on a very flat pillow so it could rest on my arm when I sleep on my side. Not with this pillow anymore. Also, I just had a hip replacement so I sleep on my back a lot now, luckily there is enough support. I fall asleep quickly and sleep. This pillow doesn't make me sweat either. Overall a great pillow. Highly recommended!
