I think it’s very helpful that they are able to offer so many different services in one place.

It was nice being able to have someone help me set everything up at once instead of having to go through each step separately. The only thing about this service is that sometimes you get multiple emails asking questions all at once when there should be just one email per inquiry. We used them mainly as our main contact point with amazon but also got some assistance from their sales team when we needed to make changes to listings.
