Delivery was a problem for me. It took longer than I was impressed. In that respect, the product works great. FOLLOW T's instructions. I decided against it and repeated the procedure immediately after the first round because I wanted to remove more hair that I hadn't previously covered. Bad idea. Used some aloe and it subsided the burning sensation and everything was back to normal in about 2-3 hours. I used it on an old shaft and it worked without any problems. Maybe not for everyone, but it helped me. Much softer than shaving. If it wasn't for the shipping issue I would have given 5 stars.
