Not rubber, PLASTIC.
I used these instead of the white ones because they are transparent and not as noticeable. However, I don't think it's rubber. They're made of plastic. Yes, they are snug and secure, but they don't slip like rubber and are NOT flexible. you are tough Once you use it, the hole won't go back to the same little hole. Fur.
