They do exactly what they are meant to do. I lost so many earrings and finally got these and they saved my sets. They are easy to put on, which is important. I've bought others before, they were too stiff and I couldn't put the earring on. They are soft enough that your fingers can easily slide them across the back of the earring.

I used these instead of the white ones because they are transparent and not as noticeable. However, I don't think it's rubber. They're made of plastic. I really liked these stud earrings, they were just what I needed. I found them to be the cheapest I could find at the time and I found they were excellent quality too. I use them on all my clients earring sets and everyone loves them. I also wear them with my earrings and have not had a single drop or breakage. Best for the price!
