This desk was purchased for a gaming setup. The 'L' shape gave the impression that the 'L' would be on the left, not the right. A small detail that I didn't mind. The first desk came damaged and while it was minor, we wanted a good-looking desk since we paid the full price and not the sale price. So we returned it. The pictures are shown of the damage.Then, we received this desk. It's not recommended to assemble this desk if you are tired or cannot think clearly in any way. Since the image is flipped in the directions and we had the desk as a mirror image, I had to do some guess-work as some of the pieces weren't labeled. After 2 hours, I've gotten it assembled and am excited. Victory is mine!.Come to find out, it's not. The screw holes were placed on the wrong side of the board with the curve and there is no way to move the boards around. Additionally to that, the other rectangular board didn't have it's holes match up without an inch gap to the left of the desk. This means that the pictures you see where it is properly placed are wrong, I just set it there as an idea. It's an inch off. I don't think we will be ordering this a third time.
