I answer everyone who wonders if it is possible to recalibrate these scales if necessary – because it is not entirely clear from the description, specifications, questions and comments… This is my third kitchen scale. Numbers 1 and 2 lost accuracy somewhere along the way. So the main possibility I was looking for was whether any of the new scales could be recalibrated. Now I have to admit that my first use was to place two coins on the scale to verify the reading of 5 grams. Of course, when this was successful, I did NOT VERIFY the recalibration process. But I am attaching a photo of the actual recalibration guide. When the time comes for a recalibration I will let you know how the process went.
