I needed this cable to make a secure connection to a USB cable that I had to extend because it would be dangling off the side of the closet. When I first tried to plug in the cable I thought I was doing it wrong until I realized the plug wouldn't go all the way into the jack. Other extensions I've used in the past allow the connector to be fully inserted and held securely in place; not this one. Not only that, even pushing the cord all the way through leaves a playground (wiggle) so it's easily unplugged with little to no force, and of course, forget about dangling the connection behind a closet because the Gravity will separate it. so true. A total waste of money (and I bought 2 because of the rave reviews).
