I recently took my two cats cross country and used this playpen to ensure they travel more comfortably than they have been in carriers for days. I put familiar smelly blankets and pet litter in the playpen to make it more welcoming. For the move, I placed the playpen on the back seat of the Ford Escape with the seats folded down.
