Review on πŸ₯ƒ Kolder Mini Measure Heavy Glass: 20-Incremental Measurements for Liquid and Dry - Red Shot Glass by Ted Slaughter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

For my kids' health and nerves

I've had too much little drama trying to treat my twins at 2am and juggling the tiny, lightweight measuring cups that many kids struggle against get coughs and colds. Remedy. Tiny, lightweight plastic cups are too easy to fall or knock over and are difficult to read in low light. Too often I've been annoyed by desperately crying children when I'm trying to get them medicine. Many reviewers have commented on the accuracy and durability of markers here. I was a little hesitant about purchasing these labeled stacks, hoping for more stability and readability. But, out of dire need, I took the plunge, made a purchase and was rewarded with great results. Here's what I've learned: Glass is solid, strong, and stable. It's quite difficult to accidentally damage or tip over. Even at 2am. Mark accuracy is half a mile at 5, 10 and 15 marks. These are the ones most needed for dosing infants and young children. (Accuracy at large sizes is a bit questionable, but I'm not overly concerned.) The risk of printed spots disappearing on the outside of the glass can be reduced by applying a coat of Krylon 1303 Crystal Clear Acrylic Spray. This coating withstands vigorous hand washing with a plastic sponge. And an inexpensive tin will probably be enough to protect the fragile copper decor in your home. Mission accomplished. Problem solved.
