I love how easy it is to use, as well as all of the different options available for scheduling appointments.
It allows me to get reminders about clients that haven't been in contact with them recently. The only thing I dislike is the fact that sometimes when you want to send an email reminder the system doesn't work right away (it takes time) but once it does it's great! This has helped us keep track of our client's schedule and reminds us if they need anything from us. We also have this option set up so we're able to check off who needs something after each appointment, which makes it easier for us because there are fewer things left undone at the end of the day or week.
