perfect for splits
I didn't want to buy an expensive fancy watch with lots of features for splits. I use this on my morning runs: 6 minute run, then 3 minute jog, 90 minutes total. Perfect! Small and clipped to my running tights, the vibrate and sound feature is perfect for letting me know when to move on to the next interval. I enjoy my morning runs more, now more focused on the sunrise, the view and the friendliness of the other runners than always checking my watch!
