Review on πŸ”ͺ KEEMAKE Paring Knife - 4.5 inch Japanese Small Kitchen Knife with Octagon Wood Handle, High Carbon Stainless Steel Blade - Sharp Japanese Fruit Knife for Precise Cutting by Jen Coleman

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Very sharp and suitable for my everyday cooking

I already have an 8" Damascus chef's knife but I just wanted a smaller knife for everyday tasks as it seemed to me that my 8" would fit the blade too is longing for me. I really like the handle of this knife, it's very comfortable. It uses the highest quality Damascus steel which I really appreciate, the blade itself is extremely sharp and cuts through anything with ease. I've made several tuna sashimi with this knife and it sliced through the tuna with ease, and it also passed the infamous paper cut test with flying colors. Overall the knife is neither light nor heavy which is great for me as it is very well balanced especially right on the bolster.
