I bought this ratchet primarily to use with a small set of torx bits to remove my Jeep's doors and hard top. It works well for this app, but today I really pushed it by disassembling an old swing my kids used until it fell apart. I probably unscrewed about 50 hard and rusty fasteners with it and then tightened 2 latch bolts in my deck to reattach the kids' plastic slide to something for them to keep using. The ratcheting action was smooth. The chrome finish is nice and the rubberized grip is comfortable. The head is slightly larger than other 3/8 drive ratchets, but that extra metal likely means more power at the cost of a little extra weight. .This is a reliable tool that is now a permanent fixture in my jeep.
