Better than my handyman's ratchet

I like this ratchet better than my handyman's ratchet Comfortable to hold and has enough teeth to get into those hard-to-reach places. The handle is rounded and coated to provide a good yet comfortable grip. very impressed with the price

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Safety

Good ratchet feels good

Nice ratchet, clicks are nice and smooth, as long as you don't use it as a breaker with a pipe it should last forever. It can survive fine as a breaker, but I have the usual dedicated breaker, so at best this ratchet will loosen and tighten spark plugs and other loose bolts.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great ratchet! My trusty black ratchet handle.

Great ratchet! My trusty black ratchet handle broke so I bought it as a replacement and I can tell you I made a great decision. The rubber grip is excellent, the quick release buckle is a plus, and the easy pressure reversal makes the job a whole lot easier. Definitely a great pickup for any toolmaker.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Super Nice Ratchet - Hardware

Wow that's a great 3/8 inch ratchet for the price. I'll buy another one before they blow up. Sturdy and heavy. as another reviewer complained The switch is solid and doesn't wobble. The engraving on the chrome handle is clear and not cheap. The chrome finish is exquisite and the rubber grip feels and looks comfortable and professional. This ratchet is way better than my Craftsman 72 3/8" ratchet.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • I'll add later

This wrench is perfect for tight spots where even with a 12 point head you can't get enough spin to click to proceed to the next step. In this case, there are 3 clicks for each of those 12 points, so this handy ratchet should be in your tool kit. I'm telling you I'm ordering a set of 3 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" wrenches and saving a few bucks. Something I would have bought 50 years ago when I started assembly started a collection of tools if I knew!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Nothing

Good price but cheap ratchet

For a low price this Crescent 3/8" 72 Tooth CRW7 Ratchet is a good choice for the homeowner. But it doesn't look like it will be durable Die Ratchet doesn't click evenly When rotated slowly, it makes double clicks, skipped clicks, and short clicks This mustn't affect function if there's plenty of room to work With 72 teeth, the Crescent doesn't inspire much confidence, but it still exceeds expectations for a $12 tool.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • I'll write back

I received the wrong item, good for gear

I ordered this ratchet thinking I was going to get a 10 3/4 inch ratchet. They sent me an 8" ratchet. The end of the rubber or whatever it is the handle doesn't have a core so it's flexible and will most likely come loose with enough time. Just not worth the money and I don't even have one got what i paid for.when i wanted to return it they only offered me unrelated items to replace it so i opted for a refund instead which will probably take a while to get to me. If you are looking for a good…

Sturdy ratchet, comfortable grip, nice finish

I bought this ratchet primarily to use with a small set of torx bits to remove my Jeep's doors and hard top. It works well for this app, but today I really pushed it by disassembling an old swing my kids used until it fell apart. I probably unscrewed about 50 hard and rusty fasteners with it and then tightened 2 latch bolts in my deck to reattach the kids' plastic slide to something for them to keep using. The ratcheting action was smooth. The chrome finish is nice and the rubberized grip is…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some minor things

I bought 1/4" CRW1, 3/8" CRW7 and 1/2" CRW13 together. The good thing: The grips are very comfortable. You have a much better grip and put more energy into it Pull instead of hanging from a wrench The plastic/rubber handle cover resembles a modern Milwaukee power tool The gray parts are rubberized and provide a good grip on most of the handle There is a flat area on the underside of the handle which helps you index the tool and also increases the comfort of the grip. The thicker handle won't…
