I have never really found anything that carries my phone, keys, and possibly wallet and heard buds well. Personally, I don't carry anything of the sort but there is room for small personal defense items like pepper spray or a compact pistol. Accessibility is really the only issue, the bag sits tight right between the shoulder blades, this is a trade-off for balance and secure fit I guess. This certainly wasn't the cheapest option but it is lightweight, comfortable, very adjustable, and seems to be high quality so far. It has a very balanced feel when running and doesn't slap around on my back. This is the best solution I have found so far for carrying personal items.
