Perfect for my needs. I have 4 work tables and I drilled a hole in each of them for wireless workstations with work lights. But for everyday use I wanted to remove the bulbs and close the holes as close as possible. They work great, fit exactly to the drilled/appropriate size, have the slightest bulge/bend and are easy to remove if needed.
