The customer support team has been amazing! I have never ever had any issues with their help desk or technical questions/issues. They are always there for you when it matters most - especially during COVID-19. Some of our applicants aren't as professional in how they send out emails about interviews (or other correspondence) which could be improved upon. There were times we couldn't find resumes at all which made us think maybe the upload wasn't working correctly but then after contacting them again they said everything was fine and nothing needed changing with the uploads. It's also important to note that sometimes we receive resumes where people didn't fill out some required fields so we need someone from ZenApply who can go back into the application and figure out what information was missing and fix those things up too if necessary. We're making sure we have enough staff available for every interview scheduled and this allows us to make sure everything goes well. The ability to search job descriptions with tags. I like that it is easy to upload a resume into the database and that resumes are sorted according to the tags. I dislike that there is not much of a community feel for the platform. There aren't many active users. It can be difficult to find jobs. This is definitely a tool that will help you create a portfolio of your skills. You can add tags to each resume so you can easily see what you have done in the past.
