Bought this product as a cheaper alternative to ink. When I put the cartridges in the printer, they didn't work. The black ink is perfect. On the other hand, multicolored ink will not. My printer kept giving me an error message telling me to either reseat the cartridge properly or replace the cartridge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. And also restarted my printer as instructed. Nothing will work. I ended up returning this item because nothing worked and I needed to print the material asap. If both could work and connect properly to my printer I would rate it 5 stars. But instead I had to buy ink somewhere else online because I can't find it in stores near me. I only recommend this product if you are not in a hurry to get ink. In this case you may have to wait a bit. Update: I was contacted by a member of Chinger after writing this review and Y offered a free replacement. Received the replacement today and am very happy with it. The one I received today seems to be of much better quality. It was the same product but the packaging was much nicer. Not sure why it was any different, especially since I got my first one just over a week ago. But I am very happy with the mascara. I'm glad you contacted me about this.
