As the name suggests, pleasantly surprised. Considering the price, I was a little apprehensive about taking this, but I'm very glad I did. If my mind changes in a few months I'll update my review; but for now I am very happy with this product. The bag is made of high quality leather and has a beautiful rich color tone. It is very soft yet durable leather, no obtrusive odor but smells like real leather. There are three main compartments, the middle one has a padded laptop compartment. I wish there was some padding at the bottom of this section, but it doesn't matter that my laptop just falls to the floor. The bag itself has some weight, so keep that in mind when loading it. It's also not so heavy that you can't pack it with everything you need for the day. I love this bag very much.
