Step2 needs to improve my game

At the moment this gets a 1 star rating. The blue part that attaches to the base won't attach to the base because the holes are too big. I just emailed Step2 customer service asking for a blue replacement part. If they fix this issue I will change my rating. Update: I'm leaving my negative review because Step2's customer service is terrible. I'm not sure why they put a customer support email address on their website as they won't help you. They just reply and tell you to call but they have very limited opening hours which doesn't work for people who work outside the home. I finally contacted them at work today and they told me I need to give them the information on the sticker on the box. I'm not home during the day and they don't open after 4pm on weekdays and they are closed on weekends. So now they want me to take the info off the sticker on the box and call them back on Monday, which means we're on the fifth day that I've had this huge box of scrap plastic. i give it back Update: I'm giving this 5 stars because the second one that came in works great! The product gets 5 stars. Step2 customer service does not start. If yours is damaged or not connecting properly, don't worry about Step2 customer service as they will force you to send product photos and the white label on the package for verification. and their customer service times are abysmal. Just send it back and Revain will send you a new one. It's much faster.
