I used these slides to fix built in drawers in an old caravan. If you have drawers then you know the symptoms of a broken slide - the drawer suddenly becomes unwieldy, it gets stuck in the cabinet and doesn't move straight back and forth. The symptoms seem catastrophic, but the solution is simple. Simply remove the drawer from the cabinet, remove the broken rail and replace. I wax the contact surfaces of the cabinet and drawer, as well as the guide for silent running, and the broken and unusable drawer is back in service.
