Didn't measure to 12 inches and added $10 to the price!
It should be 12 inches wide and 5 feet long. When I put it on the cutting mat it's only 11 1/4 inches wide. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I use every inch of my 12 inch rug in my projects. I have a logo that is too big for two people to fit on vinyl because it is less than 12 inches. That means, that I can only place one and 75% of the arc is wasted. Interesting, now it's even 5 meters. I also bought this in August and now it's $10 more! Ridiculous! Don't buy here again.
