This product works exactly as promised. I noticed that some reviewers said it didn't run as flat as the instructions said. My husband and I laid this object on concrete in the sun for about twenty minutes and it became quite flexible. We carried him in, laid him flat on the floor, and put a heavy rug under him that had cooled. After that it stayed pretty even. I think cooling the item under something so it stays flat might solve the problem some users are having with the item staying folded.
