Using Win Hotel greatly improves efficiency within hospitality industry

The customer service was excellent as we had several questions during our trial period. They also offered us training at no cost which helped immensely. I wish they could have been more flexible with their time frame for implementation but that's just me being picky! We are trying out this service now so far it has worked really well. As an online booking system it makes life easier for customers who want to book rooms without having to go into the hotel itself. It saves time by allowing you to make your reservation from anywhere in the world. This removes the need for guests to wait outside when making reservations or ask receptionists for information about available rooms. The user interface is easy to understand for everyone who works with this system. It has all you need to run your business more efficiently. There are some features that I would like to see added but they seem difficult to implement so we have not yet seen them implemented. We use win hotel mainly as an inventory management tool. It helps us keep track of our stock levels very easily. This allows me to be able to do my job much faster than if i was using paper records only.

  • Very simple software, straight forward design perfect fit what needs were required within limited budget/timeframe requirements set up process went smoothly once trained staff received initial setup assistance needed minimal downtimes due issues resolved quickly through live chat support team

  • Good but not great
