Stronger than C-Clip Detroit Locker?!?!?!

Delivered to England with no problems. I ordered a 1220-LR lock straight for my 9.25 after breaking 2 Detroit lockers. I installed and ran Detroit transmissions and lockers for 20 years with no problems until I got the C-Clip style Detroit 9.25. The 9.25 Detroit had an intermittent shift from neutral to reverse while idling, which is about 600-630 rpm. The 46re transmission doesn't have a battery for reverse, so the 5.9 Magnum motor sends massive torque to the rear diff, even at idle, without the dampening effect of the battery. When I got my first Detroit I was skeptical about the strength because of the massive holes that were punched in it for the C-clamps. After 1 month the first 1 blew up. I was replaced under warranty and this one also blew up a month later. Luckily I got my money back in full. If you look very closely at the correct design of the lock, it becomes clear that the teeth are stronger and almost impossible to break, unlike Detroit's tall, thin teeth. So far he's much calmer and I'm sure he'll survive Detroit. I will report my results in 6 months if it doesn't break before then.
