Review on Workspoter Pro by Eric Broad

I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place so no need for spreadsheets or emails! There are many other features but those two aren't even mentioned when you first sign up (which is too bad since they're super important). It takes time getting used as each new feature requires some learning curve with their helpdesk support team who were amazing at helping me figure out how everything works - thank them!! The sales reporting could be improved by adding more fields/options such would make exports easier if needed down into monthly splits etc., which we do often from our CRM system where there isn’t an option within this platform yet.- But overall was very useful once set up correctly especially being able see what stage leads go through before closing / converting.
