The tool has been very helpful in managing our hiring process as well as tracking employee performance against goals set out during onboarding. It's also great at keeping track of vacation requests which helps us avoid having too many open positions due to lack of available resources or skillset gaps within teams! I have not found any downsides yet but it would be nice if we could see some sort of breakdown by department/team (eg Marketing team vs Engineering Team etc). As mentioned above - good way to keep all your records together so easily accessible when needed. Managers are now much better informed about who needs what help & how long each person should take off per year.
