The ability to see if things are progressing as planned or not with my employees. It's easy enough that it can be used by people who have little experience managing their own staff/employees. I wish there was more flexibility in what you could do with this software than just tracking your employee hours. Sometimes it takes several clicks to get where we want to go. When using other programs such as Excel there were multiple steps involved but when doing something simple like adding up an amount of time worked each week then all i had to click once everytime I wanted to add another day (or even hour)was fine. This program has been very helpful at keeping track of how much time different members of our team spend working.
