The ability to see if things are progressing as planned or not with my employees. It's easy enough that it can be used by people who have little experience managing their own staff/employees. I like how it can be used by both managers/supervisors as well as employees themselves when they are looking at their career path options. It's great that you have different levels of access so someone who isn't an expert in HR could use this software without requiring assistance from more experienced users. The software has been very helpful in our organization with respect to creating various kinds of reports as well as tracking employee performance. It's easy to use even if you are not familiar with Excel or other spreadsheet programs. I like that it's easy of use; we can easily send out emails with our data in them so people are more likely to read through what you have written. It also makes reporting easier because everything comes together at once instead of having to go back an forth between spreadsheets or other programs.
