I like how it can be used by both managers/supervisors as well as employees themselves when they are looking at their career path options. It's great that you have different levels of access so someone who isn't an expert in HR could use this software without requiring assistance from more experienced users. There aren't any bells or whistles which might get some people turned off but overall we've been very happy with our experience using Captures! We're able to see what positions will become vacant over time, track employee performance reviews (both positive & negative) and identify areas where there may need improvement.
