It's unflavored, great and mixes easily with tap water, but what caught my attention was was this spoon contains more than stated. Before I bought this brand of creatine I researched and read many reviews from other brands and many complaints were either that the scoops are over 5g or less than 5g, well I checked this scoop and in fact it is 7g. I weighed the portion size several times and each time I got 7g. In other words, the measuring spoon is inaccurate, the company really needs to fix that.
