I like that you can easily connect to other applications, such as Salesforce or Office 365 for example with just one click! There is nothing about this software which i dislike so far in general - maybe some minor issues sometimes when connecting through VPN but these are easy fixes (just disable/enable). You have probably already thought it out yourself by now; however we use Mpathy at our workplace mainly because of its ease comparedto more traditional solutions used before eveyone was working remotely regularly from home office etc..
