Review on Water-resistant Assistant MP22W for Improved Compatibility by Lance Jenkins

Bought for a range of patio lights, installation was quick and easy. Some reviews mention that you MUST have a 2.5GHz WiFi band, and this is even mentioned in printed instructions, but I connected to my Comcast XFiniti without incident using their Orbi Mesh network, which only has 1 network option (5.0 GHz) provides. Also quickly connects to Revain Alexa for added control convenience. The only downside is that the angled plug/cable made it a little tricky to plug into my outdoor weatherproof GFCI outlet. But I took it off, broke off a piece of weatherproof detachable plastic to allow the cord to fall off and close the lid, and PRESTO! I hope this helps others make an informed decision!
