No cooling pad, but no sweat either!
I first bought this pillow because I was looking for a cooling pad due to night sweats. This is not a cooling pad. However, I didn't wake up at night because of the wet pillow. Somehow this pillow serves its purpose. It also provides ample support regardless of sleeping position. I didn't find the smell bad. Follow the instructions in it and you will get good results.
