I bought this unit to get the OPT7 tailgate LED panel to work with my 2019 Ford Ranger. No Bone! The truck knows something about the receiver and will switch backup gauges, crossovers and anything rear related. Be sure to read all other reviews before you buy. The only thing this device did for me was fix the brake and blinking turn signals. My truck informed me that the trailer lamps were defective. I think this is due to a slight delay in activating the LED bar for each function. Simply save money.
