The ability to track store visits in real time, as well as the ability to create customized coupons for each of our stores. It can be difficult at times to find what you are looking for when searching through your account or reports. I would recommend that if there is an issue with tracking items purchased by customers (i.e., not showing up) then it should be fixed immediately so we don't have problems later down the road. This software has helped us keep better track of customer purchases, which helps us determine how much product needs replenishing. Also, this allows us to send out more targeted emails to specific groups within our organization.
